On March 22-23, 2024, Dr. Gyula Bakacsi held his Harvard-based Negotiation Techniques training, organized by MEMT, at the Health Services Management Training Centre.
The practice-oriented training covered a wide range of essential topics, from basic negotiation skills, bluffing, and negotiation tricks to distributive and integrative negotiation, win-win games, and the role of trust. The second day ended with a negotiation exam and discussion.
