IME’s last event of 2023, the Management and Leadership Conference, will be held on December 7, with the subtitle „Management Response to Challenges”.

Europe and the Hungarian economic and regulatory environment continue to face unprecedented challenges. The conference topics, therefore, follow the traditions of financing, structure overhaul, and service management, but we also want to address the increasingly challenging human factor.

The main topics of the conference:

• Where is the funding going, and what changes are expected?
• The situation of institutional transformations, the methodology of county management, the experiences of nationalized institutions
• Horizontal reorganizations
• Development of motivational toolkits, the importance of qualification
• Management selection with a maintenance perspective, development of the management toolkit
• International aspects and results of the vetting of hospital chains

The conference venue is the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel (1067 Budapest, Teréz krt. 43.)
