The IME periodical 2024/1 published an article by Dr. Melinda Pénzes and colleagues on evaluating the first three years of the ” Egészségpart ” program series launched in 2021.
The study evaluates the ” Egészségpart” mobile platform contributing to improving health literacy, raising health awareness, providing health education, and screenings free of charge in the settlements along Lake Balaton, according to the following aspects:
- input (partnership, human resources)
- process (activities, screening, and health education)
- output (number of participants and socio-demographic characteristics)
The complex evaluation of the „Egészségpart” program is also essential to have a clear picture of the areas for future development. This will allow for a dynamic response to the changing composition and needs of participants, an annual review of professional partnerships, and a rethink of the allocation of human resources.
